AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I hereby expressly authorize Corona Industrial S.A.S., its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter "Corona"), and/or any natural or legal person appointed by them to collect my data and to use, process, store in databases, circulate, delete, share, update, transmit, and/or transfer to third countries as per legal regulations, to develop commercial relationships with Corona. Including transmitting information—via Corona’s website, postal mail, email, mobile phone or device through text messages (SMS and/or MMS), WhatsApp, and/or various social networks, and specifically through channels expressly authorized by Corona at the time of data submission—about new products or services, conducting statistical data processing, internal compliance reviews of commercial relationships, market studies, training, campaigns, contests, and evaluating the quality of products or services. The purpose is to promote, invite, manage, execute, inform, and generally fulfill obligations established with the personal data holder, respond to legal requirements from administrative and judicial entities, ensure Corona’s security, share, including the transfer and transmission of my personal data to third countries for purposes related to Corona’s operations, following Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other current and supplementary regulations governing the subject.

I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my data up-to-date and to safeguard my username and password when data collection is conducted via the Corona website and any other required applications.

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other relevant and supplementary regulations governing the subject, Corona Industrial S.A.S., its affiliates, and subsidiaries hereby inform the personal data subject that the data collected or to be collected will be used solely for the purposes previously communicated. The data subject may exercise their rights to submit requests for access, claims, correction, updating (including updating authorized contact channels), or deletion of personal data, as well as to revoke the consent given for their processing per the law and the guidelines outlined in the Data Protection Policy published on the website www.corona.co, or through the email misdatos@corona.com.co.
