Righi, born and raised in the Brazilian Pampa Gaucha, is passionate about creations made with love and wisdom, using everything from ancient techniques to contemporary techniques in his artisanal and signature cuisine.

The collaboration between Marconi and 1200° Corona has been a success, we found the best way to perfectly complement the experience that Marconi provides to his diners in his private dining room and catering service, through exclusive pieces and with technical attributes such as resistance to shocks, changes in temperature and the possibility of stacking dishes, because optimal storage is key in the Back of the House in the catering service.
